With Rancilio Silvia Pro you can finally bring the espresso that you usually prepare at home to a professional bar level. The current Pro model features dual boiler technology and a PID temperature control configuration borrowed from professional machine models.
THE NEW SILVIA PRO
The technology characteristic of the optional steam boiler is the assignment of priority to the temperature in the brew group. This function guarantees greater temperature stability with a variation of the range between ± 1º between the different extractions.
The new Silvia Pro is a compact coffee machine complete with all functional comforts including:
- automatic start programming.
- automatic backflushing system.
- a timer for managing coffee extraction operations.
- a tap for dispensing hot water.
- an adjustable cup holder tray.
HOW TO TURN THE NEW RANCILIO SILVIA PRO ON AND OFF
This article contains a brief graphic guide on how to operate the switch on and off commands of the new Rancilio Silvia Pro also using the automatic programming features. To access the menu it is necessary to simultaneously press the keys on the keypad – and + for 3 seconds.
SWITCH ON

| 1. Ensure there is water in the reservoir. Do not exceed the maximum level |
2. Switch on the machine by shifting the main switch to ON | |

| 3. The temperature will increase until it reaches the set value. To change coffee temperature, press the buttons – or + and confirm | Attention!
